Shipping & Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Chez Nous Chez Vous. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We try our very best to keep our online inventory up to date, however sometimes an item you order may be out of stock. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from sending you your order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Chez Nous Chez Vous is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Chez Nous Chez Vous is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@cncv.ca to discuss a return. Refund or exchange of items within 10 days following the receipt of your order. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Sales items, jewelry, books and special orders are a final sale. Purchases can be returned in person at our boutique or shipped back to us. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with all tags intact to this address: 579 Avenue Victoria, Saint-Lambert, Quebec, J4P 3R2, Canada. Upon receipt and inspection of returned products, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment charged by Chez Nous Chez Vous. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable and that you are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, customs and/or handling fees regarding the return or exchange. We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment. Chez Nous Chez Vous is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the return shipment.
