Dukkah is an aromatic blend of nuts and spices of Egyptian origin. It is traditionally served as an aperitif by dipping fresh bread in good olive oil and then in the dukkah. The beauty of this blend lies in its great versatility, as it can also be sprinkled on salads, grilled vegetables, dips or soups. Our dukkah is prepared in small batches from a mixture of spices, seeds and roasted pistachios.
